Hunting licenses

Hunting licenses are required for individuals who wish to hunt certain species of wildlife in Alberta and Saskatchewan. You must have a firearm license before obtaining a hunting license.

There are several different types of hunting licenses available that Wildside Outdoors can help you acquire:

  • General Hunting License: This license allows an individual to hunt a variety of species of wildlife, including big game, small game, and migratory birds.
  • Big Game Hunting License: This license allows an individual to hunt big game species, such as deer, elk, and moose.
  • Small Game Hunting License: This license allows an individual to hunt small game species, such as rabbits, hares, and squirrels.
  • Migratory Game Bird Hunting License: This license allows an individual to hunt migratory game birds, such as ducks and geese.

At Wildside Outdoors, we are committed to helping our customers navigate the process and obtain the right license. If you have any questions about firearms licenses or the process for obtaining one, don't hesitate to reach out to us
